FanLura — Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including account information, profile information, uploaded content, messages, support requests, purchases, subscriptions, tips, and creator payout information.

We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, authentication logs, timestamps, and security information needed to operate the Platform.

FanLura uses cookies or similar technologies only where necessary for authentication, security, account sessions, and core Platform functionality. We do not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

We use trusted third-party providers including Supabase (authentication, database and storage), Stripe and Stripe Connect (payments and payouts), Google (OAuth sign-in), and hosting providers to operate the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate FanLura, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@fanlura.com. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute resolution, or security.

FanLura is intended for users at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission. Users under 18 may not receive creator payouts or connect Stripe accounts.

Your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

If applicable law provides additional privacy rights, including California privacy laws, FanLura will honor those rights as required.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes may be announced through the Platform or by email. Continued use of FanLura after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
